Can we talk about the shop dog that ate a customer's gel saddle at the Tuesday night ride
We keep a shop dog named Duke at the co-op on 4th Street. Last Tuesday during the group ride, a customer left his $180 gel saddle on the bench while he grabbed a drink. Duke got it in about 90 seconds. Chewed the cover off and left foam bits all over the floor. Now we hang every saddle from the ceiling hook, no exceptions. The guy was cool about it and we split the cost, but I still find foam crumbs in the truing stand. Anyone else got a shop pet story that made them change a rule?
