Rant: That internal cable routing kit cost me $40 and 3 hours of my life I'll never get back
I spent an entire Sunday afternoon trying to fish a new shift cable through a 2019 carbon frame and the stupid magnet tool kept slipping off inside the downtube, has anyone actually found a trick that works for these internal routes?

Notice how companies overcomplicate simple things just to charge us more for the same result.

Yeah I get what you're saying about the "overcomplicate simple things" part but idk, sometimes adding a little extra polish actually does make a difference for regular people who aren't super technical. I mean most of us would rather pay a bit more for something that just works out of the box.
