Had to pick between Dark and The OA for my next binge... made the wrong call

So I finally finished breaking bad last week and needed something new. My buddy kept pushing Dark on me saying it was the best thing on netflix. But I saw The OA pop up and the trailer looked cool. Picked The OA first... bad move. Got 4 episodes in and it started getting way too weird for me. Ended up dropping it and starting Dark last night. Already 6 episodes deep and kicking myself for not starting with it first. Anyone else get burned picking the wrong show to start?

Watched The OA for the same reason, got five episodes in and felt like I was forcing myself to finish. Switched to Dark and it clicked right away. The time travel stuff is complicated but they do a good job keeping you hooked episode to episode. Made the same mistake you did, but at least we both got to Dark eventually right?

Friend binged The OA in a weekend and regretted it. @graydavis, Dark is the right call.
