My attempt to only watch one episode per night lasted about three hours
I made it through two episodes before I had to know what happened next... now I'm three seasons deep and my plants are all dead from neglect.

Leaving the remote in another room actually works. When your willpower runs out, the extra steps give you a second to ask if you really need that next episode. Never trust the "just one more" feeling, it always turns into two or three. Dead plants are a classic sign you're in too deep, maybe water them during the opening credits. What show finally got you this time?
