Overheard my nephew say he skips all shows before 2010

I was waiting for my oil change at Jiffy Lube on Broad Street last week and this kid maybe 19 years old tells his friend he won't watch anything filmed before 2010 because the quality is too low. Made me think about how I grew up watching reruns of MASH from 1972 on a 13 inch tube TV and never thought twice. What shows from before 2010 have you guys rewatched lately that still hold up?

Saw a teen at the mall call The Matrix "old" and I almost spit out my soda.

Man, I think the whole "old stuff is unwatchable" thing is just part of how people now treat anything that doesn't match their current taste like a product past its expiration date. You see it with music, movies, even how people talk about older video games that don't have photorealistic graphics. It's like they can't appreciate something for what it is because they're too busy comparing it to the shiny new version.
