TIL the Little Free Library on my street in Boise has a full shelf of season 1 DVDs people keep dumping, and I finally grabbed one

Dumping stuff in a free library just turns it into a trash can for whatever nobody wants, so that shelf of DVDs is really just people offloading junk they feel bad throwing away. Taking one only tells the neighborhood it's fine to keep leaving them, and the thing sits there taking up space a real book could use. You basically adopted someone's clutter and called it a find, but hey, free is free I guess.
