Can we talk about how I sorted my whole collection into plastic bags versus getting real inserts, and the bags were a huge mistake?

I did the same thing with 400 comics and those cheap zip bags from the craft store, and now half of them have bent corners from sliding around. Turns out saving 30 bucks on inserts just means you get to spend it later on replacements for the stuff that got wrecked. The bags are only good for stuff you don't care about, which defeats the whole point of sorting your collection in the first place.
