Just realized I've been using the wrong size spud wrench for the last three months on the new site in Toledo.
The foreman walked by, chuckled, and said, 'You know that's for 2-inch bolts, right?' and I looked down at the 1.5-inch flanges I'd been struggling with.

Honestly, the real question is where was your foreman for three months? That's a bigger fail than the wrench. He walks by once and spots it, but didn't notice during any site checks before? That lack of oversight is what lets small mistakes turn into long term habits. Makes you wonder what else gets missed.
