The way we used to roll out gaskets for manways is just wrong now

Back at the old plant in Gary, we'd cut them by hand with a knife and a cardboard template, took forever. Now I use a laser-cut kit from Garlock, fits perfect every time in about ten minutes. Anyone still doing it the old way or have you all switched over too?
