Update: I switched to a sewing frame after fighting my first Coptic binding for 3 hours in the garage
Kept losing tension on the signatures and the whole thing wobbled, so I dug out my old wooden frame and it clicked in 10 minutes. Anyone else ditch hand-held sewing once the thread started slipping, or am I just late to this?
