Ugh, you're so right. That old book smell is like a time machine, and there's no way to copy the sound of turning a real page. What's a book you love just for how it feels in your hands?

Read that digital books are actually harder for your brain to remember. Something about how the physical location of stuff on a page helps us form memories. @wendy391 nailed it about the smell thing too, that sensory stuff gets hardwired in somehow.
