Found an old photo of my backyard garden from 2015 and it hit me different
Last week I was clearing out a drawer and found a photo from June 2015 of my first raised bed with just three tomato plants and some basil. That little plot got me through some rough nights after work, just watering and watching things grow. Anyone else feel like their garden has changed more than they have over the last 8 or 9 years?

Bruh that photo probably looked like a sad little science experiment compared to now lmao. My garden from 2015 was just two wilting bell peppers in a pot that I forgot to water for three days straight. Fast forward to now and I've got a whole jungle out back with like five different kinds of tomatoes that I can't even keep up with. Funny how the plants have gotten their act together while I'm still trying to figure out what I'm doing with my life. At least the basil hasn't let me down yet.

Man that basil is a real one for sticking around. My cilantro though completely betrayed me last summer. It bolted in like a week and turned into this sad little umbrella looking thing, totally useless. At least your tomatoes are doing something productive while you figure things out, mine are just taking up space looking pretty but not producing anything yet.
