I put my new monstera in a spot with 'bright indirect light' for 3 weeks and it started leaning like the Tower of Pisa.

Seriously, check if it's just facing the light source.

Classic light reach for sure.

Yeah, that's a classic light reach. Richard_anderson is right to check that first. I had to turn mine every few days until it evened out.
