Rant: I watered my snake plant every Sunday for 2 years and it was half dead the whole time
My snake plant was droopy and yellow and I figured it was just a sad plant, so I kept watering it every single Sunday like clockwork. Last month my neighbor Maria looked at it and said point blank that I was drowning it and it needed to dry out way more than that. I pulled the pot and the roots were straight mush, so now it sits in a gritty mix and gets a drink maybe every 3 weeks. How often are you all watering yours, because I clearly can't trust my gut on this one.
