The blind pot in my greenhouse is actually a smart thief

Turns out terracotta pots wick like 30% of your watering straight into the air, I found that stat buried in a UC Davis PDF last night. Those greenhouse deals online never mention that, so how are you all keeping moisture in without wrapping everything in plastic?
