Almost lost my thermos and half my lunch to a leaky lid in the break room at Mercy General

I was on my 15 at 2pm in the third floor break room and my soup thermos tipped over in my bag and started leaking all over my sandwich. Grabbed a stack of those brown napkins by the coffee maker and stuffed them in the bottom of the bag, which saved the sandwich but the soup was done for. Now I'm looking at the lid gasket and it looks cracked, so I need ideas for a cheap replacement or a better way to pack hot food. What do you all use for hot lunches that doesn't leak all over everything?
