Choosing the 20 minute walk over the 5 minute drive to the store today

I had to get milk and was right by my car, but I decided to walk to the little market on Elm Street instead. It took longer and my arms were full on the way back, but I saw my neighbor's new garden and just felt less rushed. Anyone else pick the slower option lately and find it was worth it?
