Honestly, switching from a 15 minute break to two 7 minute walks was a game changer

For the past three weeks, I was just sitting at my desk scrolling on my phone during my afternoon break. Yesterday, I decided to actually go outside and walk around the block instead. Tbh, the difference was huge. I came back feeling way more awake and actually ready to work, not just less bored. Anyone else find that moving around for a few minutes beats just sitting there?
