Hot take: I watched three people at my office try to fix the Keurig this morning and they all missed the simple reset button under the water tank.
It's a tiny black button you press for 5 seconds, but everyone kept unplugging it or trying to descale it first, which just wastes our whole 15 minute break.

Ever just hit the reset button and felt like a wizard? @grantmartinez, I found it by accident after doing the unplug dance for months.

Wait, there's a reset button under the tank? I've had the same model for years and I just unplug it every single time. That's the official fix in my head. How is that not common knowledge? You'd think they'd put a sticker on it or something, because the unplugging ritual is practically a company tradition at this point.

It's actually on the bottom of the unit, not under the tank. You have to tilt it back to see it. I only found it because I was moving mine and saw the little rubber cover.
