I switched from scrolling my phone to walking the parking lot on my 15s, and my afternoons stopped dragging
I used to sit at my desk for every 15 minute break at the warehouse in Dayton and scroll until my eyes glazed over. About 2 months ago I started walking laps around the parking lot instead. Ten laps, roughly a half mile, and the after-lunch slump is basically gone now. I come back and actually want to do something instead of staring at the clock. Anyone else find that moving around on break beats sitting in the break room?
