My lunch break choice: a 15-minute power nap or a 20-minute walk. I picked the nap.

I was at my desk in the Denver office, totally wiped by 1 PM. The choice was a quick nap in my car or a walk around the block to wake up. I set a timer for 15 minutes and passed out hard in the driver's seat. Woke up feeling way more clear-headed than any walk has ever made me feel (sorry, fresh air fans). Anyone else find a short nap beats other quick breaks for resetting your brain?

What about a quick coffee nap? I drink a cup fast, then nap for 15 minutes before the caffeine kicks in. It's like a double reset for my brain.
