Serious question, does anyone else's break room have that one chair everyone avoids

So our break room has six chairs and one of them, the gray one by the vending machine, has a wobble that makes you feel like you're on a boat. I started keeping track two months ago and nobody sits there unless all the others are taken, which happens maybe twice a day. What's funny is the fix took me literally 90 seconds with a folded napkin under the back leg, and now it's the chair I grab first every single time. People still walk past it like it's cursed, so I've just stopped telling them. We spend 20 minutes a day in that room and half of us stand around because of a wobbly leg. Does your office have a piece of furniture everyone quietly hates like this?
