The lunch lady at my plant changed how I see coffee breaks

She told me last Tuesday that she treats her 15 minute break like a tiny vacation, not a countdown. Said she picks one good thing to notice, like the crack in the parking lot where dandelions grow. I tried it during my break today by staring at the vending machine humming and honestly felt less rushed. Does anyone else have a weird ritual that makes the clock feel slower?
