Mortar mix going sideways is never a small thing, but in Boise last week? I have to ask what actually happened. Did the batch set up too fast on you before you could get it spread, or did it fail after it cured? I have seen guys lose a whole pour because the mix was off, and once that starts to happen there is no fixing it, you just tear it out. That kind of day will eat your whole profit on a job if you are not careful. Hope the customer was not standing there watching when it went bad.
