Went to the Dollar Tree near Albany last Tuesday for one pack of sponges and somehow walked out with 14 items that totaled $16.75. Half of them broke by the weekend, the glue gun melted my craft project, and the storage bins feel like they'll crumble if I look at them sideways. Does anyone else find it cheaper to skip these places and just buy the mid-tier option once, or am I doing this budget thing wrong?
