Vent: the guy at the outlet store in Reno called my $15 toaster a waste and he was kind of right
He told me the cheap pop-up ones burn out in about 8 months and pointed me at a $29 basic two slot model instead. That was 3 years ago and it's still going, so now I check reviews on the sub $20 stuff before I buy. Anyone else get talked out of a cheap buy and end up spending a little more for it to last?
