Warning about the new 'value' section at the Target on Elm Street

I was there yesterday and saw they moved all the generic brand stuff to a high shelf, making it really hard to compare prices with the name brands right below.

Honestly, that "smart shopping a chore" line is so true. Sullivan.spencer is right about the studies too, they know exactly how to get us. Feels like you need a game plan just to buy milk now.
