My freezer inventory hit 15 different meals last night

I started batch cooking back in March to save cash, and I just counted everything. I have 15 separate, labeled containers in there, from chili to veggie stew. It hit me that I haven't bought a rushed, overpriced lunch in over two months. What's your best 'freezer surprise' meal that still tastes good after a month?

Honestly, my go-to is a basic lentil soup. I make it thick, almost like a stew, with carrots and celery. It freezes and reheats better than anything with pasta or potatoes, in my experience. The flavors actually get better after a few weeks.

Oh wow, you've basically described my freezer's entire personality.

Right?? My freezer is just a solid wall of soup containers, lmao. I do a killer chili and a split pea with ham that are basically emergency meals for a month. They just get richer and thicker after freezing, it's crazy. I tried freezing a chicken noodle once and it was a sad, mushy disaster.
