PSA: the Dollar Tree on 5th has real spices for a buck, stop paying $6 at the big store
I popped into the Dollar Tree over on 5th last week for paper towels and walked out with cumin, chili powder, and paprika for $3 total. Same size jars at my regular grocery store run $5 to $7 each, and the stuff in the cheap jars smells just as strong to me. Am I crazy for stocking my whole spice rack there, or has anyone else been doing this and keeping it quiet?

keeping it quiet" is funny because my spice rack has been a dollar tree secret for years and I still felt like a genius when I figured it out. my dumb confession is that I bought a $7 jar of the same paprika a week before just to feel fancy. joke's on me.
