Vent: the $3 clearance rice at the dented can store turned out to be weevil city

Found a dented can outlet near Akron last Tuesday, bought 10 bags of basmati for $3 each, and after cooking one batch I saw little bugs swimming in the rinse water, so has anyone else had luck with that kind of discount store or am I just cursed with grain pests?
