Oh MAN, four hours on the phone? That's rough but like... was it really that big of a deal? They would've just told you eventually or you could've booked somewhere else.

Get real @cora863, this is just how things are now EVERYWHERE. I spent 45 minutes on hold last week just trying to cancel a subscription I never signed up for in the first place.
