Getting a passport photo under budget took me 3 weeks and 4 tries
The post office on 5th wanted $18, CVS quoted $16, and a guy at the UPS store in Tucson said $12 but the lighting made me look like a ghost, so I ended up using my phone against a white garage door after 3 weeks of trying every option and only then did someone tell me about the free passport photo app that does the size cropping for you, has anyone else burned way too much time just trying to save like 10 bucks on one dumb errand?
