Just realized my old way of booking flights was costing me hundreds

Someone on here told me my 'search on Tuesday' rule was junk and to use the price calendar on Google Flights instead. I saved $240 on a trip to Lisbon by shifting my dates by two days. What's the best flight hack you've actually used?

Yeah, calling it "life-changing money" is a stretch (sorry carr.elliot), but it's more about the stress change for me. I used to check prices like five times a day and drive myself nuts. Now I look at that calendar once, see the low day, and my brain just turns off the worry. That's worth way more than the fifty bucks I saved.
