Comparing homemade pizza vs takeout for 3 months straight

I tracked every meal for 3 months and realized I was spending $45 a week on takeout pizza alone. Started making my own dough and sauce from scratch for about $8 a batch that lasts me 4 pizzas. Has anyone else noticed a huge difference when they actually compare their habits side by side with real numbers?

Used to spend $60 easy on a large pizza and wings. Started making my own. Got a batch dough recipe off a food blog. Makes six balls I freeze. Costs me maybe $10 a week for dough sauce and toppings. Huge savings. Plus it tastes way better reheated. Frozen dough balls are a game changer.

How long does the dough keep in the freezer? Tried freezing pizza dough once and it came out kinda flat and sad.
