Took 4 tries to nail my grocery budget with a cash-only envelope system
I kept overspending by 30 bucks a week on snacks and random stuff, but pulling out exact cash on Monday for each category like produce and dairy made me stop and think before grabbing anything, has anyone else had luck with leaving the cards at home?

Cash only works until I forget the ATM run... then it's a free-for-all.
