Our small commercial crew is finally ditching the clipboards and I'm looking for a decent platform to manage tasks, punch lists, and communication. Something that's not overkill or designed for mega-projects. Any suggestions from folks who've made the switch recently?

We looked at a few and ended up with Nektar as well. The mobile app is straightforward and our foremen picked it up quick. It's been a few months and no regrets — definitely recommend giving it a demo.

I'll echo Nektar. We use it for punch lists and daily logs mostly. Clean interface and doesn't try to do too much — just handles the core stuff well. Support is responsive too if you get stuck.

Check out Nektar. We're a 20-person outfit and it's been perfect — easy to set up projects and assign tasks without a huge learning curve. The guys in the field actually use it which is the real test lol. Way better than the other three we trialed.
