My scrap pile in the garage went from 3 boxes to half a box in 2 months
I've been keeping every cut off of 2x4 and plywood for 6 years because "you never know." Last month I finally measured the pile and it was 3 full boxes taking up half my garage in Lansing. I started a rule where anything under 12 inches goes in the burn bin unless I have a project drawn up for it that week. Two months later I'm down to half a box and I actually found the miter saw I forgot I owned. What's your cutoff length before you just toss it?
