Guy at the Charlotte meetup said my weekly spread was too much work, and he was dead on
I was spending about 40 minutes every Sunday drawing out a full calendar grid, and he just asked why I was making a second planner inside my planner. Switched to a simple running list with a two line weekly header, and I get the same info down in 5 minutes now. Anyone else cut a whole layout after someone pointed out you were just copying a calendar?

How much time did you actually spend on the header and decorations before you cut it down? I keep seeing people post these gorgeous spreads and wonder if they're really doing that every week or just for the photo. Curious if you miss anything about the old setup now that it's gone.
