Dump everything on the page to clear your head. Keep it messy, it doesn't need to be perfect.

Seriously? You just dump everything out without caring how it looks? I always feel like if it's not perfect from the start, it's not worth writing down. But hearing you say that makes me wonder if I'm too hard on myself. How do you stop worrying about the mess and just let it flow?

Putting all your thoughts on paper really does help sort through the clutter in your head. I often get stuck trying to make things neat from the start, and that just adds more stress. Letting it be messy at first gives me room to breathe and figure out what matters. Sometimes the best ideas come from that initial jumble of words. There's a kind of freedom in knowing it doesn't have to be right on the first try. How do you deal with the urge to make everything perfect right away?
