PSA: A white gel pen saved my dark page spreads from looking like a mess

I kept smudging my white ink on black paper until I tried the Sakura Gelly Roll 08 and now I can actually write without ruining the whole layout, has anyone else dealt with that smudge nightmare?

Ripping through wet ink is basically a rite of passage, right?

My third time through art school I finally learned to put a paper towel under my hand. Still managed to smear a whole flower pot across a birthday card last week though. Guess some lessons just don't stick no matter how many times you learn em.

More like a rite of passage into the "crap, now I have to start over" club, right?
