Serious question, why does everyone say you need a fancy dot grid notebook? My $4 Walmart composition book worked fine
I started my bullet journal in a plain lined composition book from Walmart in January and it has held up great for 7 months so far. Everyone in the Facebook groups keeps saying you NEED a dotted grid with 160gsm paper or your spreads will look terrible, but my cheap one does the job. I think the whole premium notebook thing is just clever marketing honestly. Am I missing something real here, or is this just people showing off their stationery?
