Started using a monthly mood tracker in my bujo 3 months ago and it actually helped my anxiety

I was at my desk last October feeling super overwhelmed and decided to add a tiny mood tracker to my weekly spread. Each day I color in a little circle based on how I felt and it takes maybe 30 seconds. After 3 months I noticed a pattern where I always feel down on Sunday nights. Now I plan something small for Sunday evenings like a face mask or a short walk and it makes a huge difference. Has anyone else found a simple tracker that revealed something surprising about your habits?

Oh that's interesting about the breakfast thing. I bet the sugar drop from not eating in the morning messes with things more than we realize. Maybe I should look at my own headaches around lunchtime and see if it's tied to when I ate last.

Wait, have you noticed anything weird with your water intake too? I started tracking my water and found out I barely drink anything after 3pm lol. But the big one for me was tracking my steps accidentally showed I get restless legs at night on days I sit too long. Like on work-from-home days where I'm glued to my chair, I'll be tossing and turning. Now I make sure to get up and walk around every hour and it's been a game changer for sleep. It's wild how these tiny trackers just point out stuff you never connected before.
