Can we talk about how everyone forgot what a turn signal is since spring?
I was talking with my neighbor Dave two weeks ago while we both scraped ice off our windshields, and he said something that stuck with me. He drives the same 12 mile stretch of I-90 every morning and swears that since around March, he sees maybe 3 or 4 people a day use a blinker when changing lanes. At first I figured he was just grumpy, but then I started counting on my own commute and he's not far off. I get cut off at least twice a day on the ramp near exit 14 and nobody signals first. Is this just a local thing or are signals going extinct everywhere?
