The exit ramp in Tulsa that ate 40 minutes of my Tuesday

Took the express lane merging onto I-44 last week, and my GPS said the ramp was clear. Nope, construction cones made it a single lane, and a semi blocked the merge point for 20 minutes. I sat there watching the same billboard for a solid 15 minutes, and by the time I got moving, my shortcut turned into a 40 minute detour. Has anyone else had a GPS reroute that made a simple commute way worse than just staying in traffic?
