Am I the only one who's seen beef prices flip like crazy in 6 months?

I swear back in April I was paying $4.50 a pound for chuck at the wholesaler here in Omaha. Now it's pushing $6.20 and the fat content is worse. My regular guy said it's because of drought hitting the feedlots out west. Has anyone else had their margins wrecked lately or is it just me?

Happened with pork about a year ago before it hit beef.
