Dropped a whole ribeye primal at the farmers market in Nashville last Saturday

I was showing off how clean my cuts were and the thing slid right off the table into a puddle of mud. Had to rinse it off in the porta potty sink and now I always use a dry towel under my board.

Guess you learned the hard way that mud is a lot like A-1 sauce but with more germs.

Wait so did you actually try to eat it thinking it was A-1 or just step in it and make the connection? I gotta know how close of a call this was.
