The cashier in Tulsa asked if I wanted the bones for my dog and I just stared at her
She looked at my 12 lb brisket trim and said 'you saving these for stock or the pup?' and I realized I'd been throwing out perfectly good marrow bones for 6 years at my shop. What do you all do with trim bones, stock pile or sell them?
