Hired a local guy in Sacramento for my SSDI appeal, then switched to a firm that only does disability, big gap
My first denial appeal got handled by a general practice lawyer in Sacramento who did a little of everything, and he missed my doctor's statement about my back limits. I switched to a firm in San Diego that only does disability cases, and they had my file organized with the actual RFC form filled out right the first time. The second one got approved at the hearing level in about 7 months. Has anyone else noticed a real difference between a jack of all trades lawyer and one who lives and breathes this stuff?
