Counted the doors I've hung since 2019 and the number honestly weirded me out
I sat down this weekend with my old job log book and added up every cabinet door I've built and hung since I went out on my own. The number came out to 1,847 doors in roughly six years of work. What really got me was that 400 of those came from one kitchen job in Tacoma where the guy wanted every door a hair different size for his weird cabinet layout. Seeing it written down made me realize I've probably drilled the same hinge cup hole close to 4,000 times by now. My wrist knows that Forstner bit better than I do at this point. Anybody else keep a running count of something like this, or is it just me being a nerd with a notebook?
