Ah man, "cutting dovetails by hand" really hits home for me. I took a similar class once at a show up in Raleigh and it was both amazing and humbling. My first few joints looked like I did them with a hammer and chisel in the dark. It's so cool to see someone else getting into that kind of precision work, you know? I'm glad you got to go, those demos are always the best part of any woodworking show.

Heard Frank Klausz say dovetails are like handwriting, everyone's look a little different (especially mine, ha!).
